DMCA Copyright Policy
Spotishka.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the policy below to address claims of copyright infringement.
As an educational documentation and archiving portal, Spotishka.com indexes resources, modification logs, and links to externally hosted software archives. We do not host copyrighted music audio streams, tracks, or protected binary media archives on our local servers.
Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that content indexed on Spotishka.com infringes your copyrights, please submit a written DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent at dmca@spotishka.com containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (for example, a link to the original work).
- Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL so that we can locate the content.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Action Taken on Notices
Upon receipt of a valid, fully compliant DMCA notification, our designated copyright agent will review the claim and take appropriate actions. This typically includes removing the link or specific reference to the infringing content within 24 to 72 hours.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
